You will be responsible for applying the final touches to projects, ensuring that the surfaces are aesthetically pleasing and sufficiently complete all open punch list items.

Responsibilities:
- Perform finish carpentry work with precision and attention to detail.
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements
- Assist in touch-ups and finalizing projects to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Take on small projects and renovations, acting as the primary carpenter.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Additional Skills and Responsibilities:
- Hanging Drywall, taping and sanding
- Painting and touch-ups - patch repair drywall
- Finish Caulking, Joint sealants, and fire-stopping
- Insulation - batts, mineral wool, foam
- Setting Tile, grouting, and repairs
- Minor electrical, plumbing, and framing skills
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of construction safety guidelines and practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and trades.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work and coordinate with homeowners and other tradesmen.
- Punctual, reliable, and consistently professional in all interactions.
- Works well under pressure, prioritizing and meeting deadlines with precision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with expertise in trim, doors/hardware, cabinetry, millwork, and other trades.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Additional Languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV driving record. Capable of driving to job sites as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
- Part-time and Full-time positions available.
- Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
- Independent contractor / 1099 welcome (workers' compensation insurance required)
